Friday, April 4: AT&T Block Party
Music and basketball collide during Friday’s AT&T Block Party, the opening act in The Big Dance’s four-day lineup. Don't miss Fall Out Boy, The Roots and Ludo! The evening will be capped by a spectacular fireworks display comparable to San Antonio’s Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration.
Saturday, April 5: Pontiac Garage at the Final Four
The Big Dance continues Saturday, with Pontiac Garage at the Final Four which will offer fans a day filled with activities worthy of game day. The World’s Largest Pep Rally, a military flyover, and plenty of good food and beverages. Kid Rock, Puddle of Mudd, and Meridianwest will entertain the crowd until just before game time. Then both semifinal games will be available for the public to view on giant video screens placed around the stage.
Sunday, April 6: My Coke FestTM
In 2007, the celebrity-filled, day-long music extravaganza, hosted by Ryan Seacrest, was headlined by Grammy Award-winning artists Maroon 5, LL Cool J and platinum-selling country music duo, Sugarland. For 2008, Coca-Cola is providing another exciting line-up hosted by Ryan Seacrest featuring Taylor Swift, 3 Doors Down and All American Rejects – a perfect way to spend the off-day between Saturday’s and Monday’s Final Four games. In addition to the great musical acts, San Antonio will celebrate the 40th anniversary of HemisFairPark 1968 on The Big Dance stage.
Monday, April 7: NCAA Championship Monday
As the final two NCAA Basketball teams get ready to square off in the 2008 Men's Final Four, locals, music lovers, and basketball fans are invited to take part in some big, Texas-style pre-game revelry at NCAA Championship Monday at The Big Dance.
NCAA Championship Monday will feature free concerts by alternative country music star Robert Earl Keen, the eclectic Bob Schneider, and the lively soul sounds of Mingo Fishtrap. Click here for more information.

For locals looking for an easy and affordable way to get to The Big Dance®, VIA Metropolitan Transit is offering VIA Park and Ride PLUS service. When patrons take VIA Park and Ride PLUS to the Men’s Final Four events downtown, they will receive a Hoops Pass that contains special offers and discounts on the variety of activities during the weekend.
For security reasons, coolers, pets, lawn chairs, umbrellas, and video and audio recording devices are not permitted. Concessions will be available on site.
